Order Terms and Conditions:

Once you have placed an order to buy or sell Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Palladium bullion coins or bars with International Bullion Services (IBS) you have entered into a legally binding agreement.

We only accept phone orders. We do not accept orders through our website or via email.

When you place your phone order with IBS, the price at which your order is submitted is the locked-in-price.

This user agreement is effective for all users of this website. Before you may place orders to purchase or sell with International Bullion Services you must read and accept all the terms and conditions in the IBS physical metals agreement. The complete terms and conditions are in our physical metals account agreement. By accepting the terms and conditions in the IBS physical metals account agreement, you represent and warrant without limitation that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this agreement. Risks:

International Bullion Services does not sell bullion as an investment, and we don’t offer investment advice. We also do not guarantee profits on the items that you purchase. We do not offer recommendations as purchasing bullion coins and bars is speculative and unregulated and the contents of this website are just for reference use only and do not constitute the rendering of legal, financial, or investment advice. Purchasing bullion coins and bars can involve risks like most investments. The value of your bullion coins and bars can fluctuate up or down by various conditions and economic factors. Since investing in precious metals can be risky and the value of your bullion coins and bars can fluctuate drastically, purchasing these items may not suitable for everyone. You should understand all the risks associated with investing in bullion and coins, and therefore make educated and knowledgeable decisions before buying or selling to IBS.

Payment Options:

Payments to International Bullion Services, LLC must be provided using a bank wire, electronic check (ACH) or personal check.

When paying by bank wire or electronic check (ACH), your price is NOT locked-in until your bank wire or electronic check is received at our receiving bank and credited to your IBS account and you call us to place your order. When paying by personal check, there is a hold of up to 10 days before you can place your order.

Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or sell or use the website of IBS. When entering our website you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and you have knowledge and experience to make an informed decision when buying or selling to IBS.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the volatile nature of the bullion market, all gold, silver, platinum, and palladium bullion sales are final. The customer enters into a legally binding agreement once the order is submitted and confirmedand may not cancel or modify their order afterward.

Shipping:

International Bullion Services orders are shipped via U.S. Mail, Federal Express, and Brinks Armored. Each package is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery. Our standard shipping is 7-14 days for further details on our shipping and delivery times call to speak to one of our representatives at 201-982-8257. The tracking number for your package will be provided via email to you upon shipment of your order.

International Bullion Services fully insures all of its shipments. Our insurance will only be covered if the item is lost or damaged in transit. We will not be responsible if the package tracking information shows that it was delivered as promised as per our tracking information. We are no longer liable for our insurance policy and it is the customers responsibility at that point. When we ship the items to you, if the items are damaged or lost in transit, we will accept full responsibility and pursue any claims with our insurance policy. If an item is lost in transit we reserve the right at our own discretion to reship your item or provide a refund. Once the item shows that it was delivered as promised we will NOT accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels un-attended for you without the need of signature. Or, you have given them instructions to leave your package with someone else such as a building manager, apartment complex office, neighbor, drop-off location such as The UPS Store, or similar parcel processing store.
